What's explicit about discussing mental health and choosing not to filter my language?

That's what the other social media platforms require.

Don't comply with having to tailor your speech.

The reason that words like rape, suicide etc are causing posts to be demonetized is a crime against free speech and humanity. It does no one any good to be sheltered from harsh realities at times and can be the post that saves a life.
