Clever.

What’s going on here? πŸ€”

Digital health information exchange is about to get reinvented.

New feature, private group chat? πŸ€”

Biggest feature in need by far:

Block Notes by keyword.

It is too simple and rude to disable a relay completely.

NΓ£o sei se entendi isso mas... Parece ser algo foda πŸ‘€

Victor, can you elaborate. I am a U.S. physician and interested in this disruption.

Interesting!

Some time ago I studied a similar system for the elderly.

I don't know exactly what to think about that. This is a lot and I think it raises some privacy issues right now given the state of Nostr and what you showed us about DMs a couple of days ago, wouldn't you say? πŸ€”

Are group chats encrypted?

They will be. But they are not today.

Nice, I can understand your interest in nostr now for your medical business.

#[1] The gap in BC, Canada is not physician patient communication. It is physician to physician cimmunication. Sending a referral to another physician is done by fax. Yes, fax. Nostr can be the physician exchange for referrals and receiving report. Thus killing the fax forever. The problem would be to get the support from various EMR vendors to intergate nostr backend into their EMR. If the exchange is a standalone it will fail. Most docs want the functionality build into their EMR. Hope this makes sense.

Happy to chat to any dev that works in Canada should they want to go down the path of developing something like that in BC, Canada

Agree, that's why I showed two docs looking at the same patient record in a nostr relay.

First step is to make something so good, so appealing that they can't refuse to integrate.

Your post is making waves.
