I guess so -- the question seems to be whether an executable without a signing certificate can be run on windows. Waxwing-san seems to be saying Rust executables don't allow that .

But maybe my understanding is wrong. Please don't bother 🙏

Regardless of whether you are using Go or Rust, Windows has a mechanism for code signing.
