Satoshi flipped the suffix and was heavily influenced by "The Dokkodo" ...
I haven't seen anything written on this but it seems pretty plausible.
"21 rules of life"/21 million (not arbitrary #...paid homage)
"Dokkodo was largely composed on the occasion of Musashi giving away his possessions in preparation for death".....
