Yeah I still remember that click. Understanding fiat wasn't new, but nobody had explained bitcoin to me until then. There was a guy on YouTube making these awesome videos that went into how encryption works, why its secure, why it can't be killed - like hour long explanations. I asked questions and he actually responded. I locked myself in for about a week and just researched bitcoin non stop. I don't think I ate... I definitely didn't shower...
Later, I tried to find that first video again. I don't think its still there. I went through the YouTube comment history, and those were all gone too. That wonderful person vanished without a trace.
