A dear friend wants to sell some bitcoin to buy a home.
I don’t know how much she has but it’s definitely not loads.
She’s in her early 70’s.

In this situation it could potentially make much more sense to rent for a few years and then buy and also be set financially for the rest of her life. But again it really depends on how much she has overall.
