What do I do with it?

you can join the group and talk about Monero

Oh it just pulls up a logo for me.

I have learned not all clients have the feature to do "conversations"

That's why you don't see the chat

You could post a nostrchat link to the channel - because at the moment only Coracle & Amethyst support chats & those using other clients can't join.
