"If it could be demonstrated that any complex organ existed which could not possibly have been formed by numerous, successive, slight modifications, my theory would absolutely break down."

--Charles Darwin, Origin of Species

This is referred to as "irreducible complexity" and if shown, his "theory would absolutely break down."

Darwin wrote this before the discovery of the so-called "simple cell." What's worse, he didn't even apply this to the necessity of an interlocking system-of-systems-- e.g., one mutation in the cardiovascular system had to work with all the other systems as well--in both genders, at the same time, and in the same place, such that they can reproduce.

He even said that the photosensitivity of the eye alone caused him to doubt his entire theory.

This theory, taught to us by a godless State, is just one more bit of propaganda that we ought to reject with all the rest of it. Toss it.

There is much to be gained with an understanding of complex adaptive systems theory. None of it more interesting than understanding the etymology of theory, theology and theater and how they are related by more than etymology.

Very interesting. Would you care to expand on that? I'm intrigued

There are so many examples of irreducible complexity.
