Bear market sucks
The prolonged bear market and struggling economy is a tough environment for those companies.
It’s no more prolonged than the others, it’s cyclical. Companies hire when they do well and fire when growth is slowed. Happens every 4 years but the strong survive.

Nope, Bitcoin don’t care. It’s an unstoppable force of nature and it’s agnostic to who gets rekt.
A company is a company. Bitcoin doesn't fix this.
