It did. Peer to peer PoW money, particularly precious metals, were fairly ubiquitous in many civilizations and many of them thrived in philosophy, art, innovation and architecture. Roman and Greek architecture and civil works still stand today. Some of the best art in known human history came from these times too. Many European and Asian golden era thrived under P2P hard monies too.

Yes but early human civilisation always favoured a group of people, like kings and queen etc. Also I said peer to peer like Bitcoin. Peer to peer in this case means everyone in the network gets the same privilege
