Oh no, good morning anyway! From my own experience I get really calm from a breathing technique, that is 4 counts in, 7 counts holding and 8 counts out. It helps to sleep in better and have a more calm sleep. Greetings

Thanks! Yea that definitely helps. Also really need to organise some things in my head. There’s a lot to process at the mo.
