Chicken Salsa Verde Soup
This soup is 99% made from scratch. I used a little better than bouillon's roasted garlic from the jar, a little garlic powder, and a package of Sazon Goya with Coriander and Annatto. The rest is homemade salsa verde with tomatillos, jalapenos, onion, cilantro and lime. This salsa gave the broth a nice flavor. I forgot I ran out of salt (where's my salt guy?) and that is why I used the better than bouillon. I added a lot of kale because I went to this local market and bought so much of it. This soup will be on my soup roster. So maybe one day you can come over for dinner....
