Nah, can't do that. Signatures are tied to transaction data. Change the data, signature invalidates.

So if one has digital signature,how does it prove bitcoin ownership,if these digital signatures are public and can be copy/pasted?

Digital signatures prove ownership 'cause they work with your unique private key. Only the owner can create a valid signature for their transaction.
