i like this:
- if you get paid by the government (disability, elderly benefits), you can't vote.
- if you don't pay taxes, you can't vote.
and the government should have an entrance exam like Argentina does now.

idk, that's another debate 👀 but indeed who votes is important
I kill people and do not file taxes. If you take away my right to vote without easing up on trying to force me to pay taxes, I will kill more. There are many like me, most of whom are worse than me and already kill more than I do.
