I went for at least 1M satoshi (0.01BTC) but considering to do a bit more in the future.

You need to balance “small utxo” vs. the fact you reveal how much do you have left on that UTXO when you transcact with someone in the future.

So i think it should be ok to go for 0.025 (2.5 million satoshi) but anything more than that is risky in it’s own way stated above.
