Another fiat thing about corp America is that jumping around every 3 years not only generally pays better than being loyal, but it also is easier bc then you don’t have to remember what you worked on and the companies lose out on that institutional knowledge going out the door also. It is also a morale killer by bringing in noobs for higher salary levels then the ppl that have been doing the work for years already
