Are you mentioning solid? Has it gotten any traction, how does it compare?
The guy who made the worldwideweb, http, html etc. literally co-wrote a standard to do this for the whole web, in 2007. I remember showing it to nostr:npub1q3t5ttqwjzjrv9q68twaj4t4ct4dg7mp8azjsu5rukqzlalan87s57u7l3 in 2013. Everyone ingored it though. Even after nostr it took about a long time working with nostr:npub1xv8mzscll8vvy5rsdw7dcqtd2j268a6yupr6gzqh86f2ulhy9kkqmclk3x and alby to get it into nostr. It was a long road to get this far. This was WebID which became WebID+TLS and then Solid.
It's not got a lot of traction yet, but a belgian region want to use it, and there is a w3c group trying to make it a REC, which will hopefully happen by 2026.
I'll take the best part of it and port it to nostr, with #nip98 and nosdav
