Based on my own experience of about a month, I strongly recommend practising sleep hygiene

Simple: just sleep at the same time every night and sleep for 8 hours

Now, I feel sleepy 😴 at the same time every night and fall asleep fast. I also wake up at around the same time every morning without an alarm

Highly recommended
