Could we tell how much a cashu token contains before processing it? Like if denied, is the cashutoken still available for the relay that accepts the note?

I see it like a Bitcoin transaction fee, you can increase it to go through faster. For relays, it they would just process your query faster. And you could check it with a simple bot testing the speed of paid and unpaid channels.
