Like sugar or weird additives?

Both. The so called “food” in the grocery aisles that is fed to children and adults is the cause for illness.

Yes both. And pesticides. We’re calling about putting sand in the engines of our people, and wondering why they won’t turn over

I’m with ya. It’s truly sad how they are poisoning everyone they can.

Definitely plays a large part. I think another significant factor (in the U.S. at least) is that schools are pushing kids, at increasingly younger ages, to discount or fully abandon values learned from their parents. A basic foundation of certitude is being eroded, leaving a generation of younger people with an uneasy, no-net context for their lives.

Yes I agree with that, but I think a healthy person’s mind can overcome awful situations like the one our kids find themselves in today, whereas a literally poisoned mind cannot contemplate any, it just feels pain

The two periods of my life where I totally abstained from junk food for a year (once by circumstance, once by choice) are easily the most mentally healthy years I’ve experienced, no depression, no anxiety, so self-esteem challenges.

Recently after a year of not eating any junk food (seed oil specifically) I had two small bags of Doritos. That night I was laying on my living room floor feeling essentially suicidal out of nowhere. It was extreme and acute. From there I was convinced.
