8.2 Billion people, a lifetime of Sats if evenly distributed is 256k Sats/Person. If Bitcoin goes as far as many expect, being the base layer of money, then I expect most people won't know someone with 1 Million Sats.

Even looking at the Western World (about 1.1 Billion people), a lifetime supply would be 1.9 Million Sats/Person if evenly distributed

A liftime supply could be purchased for $260.00-$1950.00
