13 is the arcana of death in the tarot.

I’m in need of a deep connection with my spirituality and also I need to learn to forgive. Maybe it’s about that. Love others and recognize they’re just human like me.
I believe forgiveness is as much of a physical practice as it is mental.
Set the intention of forgiveness, and then meditatively observe your bodily sensations with a sharp, but non-reactive mind.
Sometimes you have to mentally forgive, but sometimes on the physical level, you simply have to let the hardened part merely unfold, and then dissolve on its own all under your quiet observation
