Totally - I meant to share some with you in my last comment but I got distracted by my thoughts lol — there are many Breathwork coaches who see 1:1 clients. There are also certifications you can do thru wim hoff. I just learned about Jesse coomer but he seems to be a pretty cool dude in the space who isn’t connected to the “woo woo” side of Breathwork. So just really depends your style and what you’re looking for
