If all electronics died and you survived the chaos, but we weren't able to bring back electronics for stuff like Bitcoin, would you still be committed to hard money?

Would you push for adoption of gold/silver, or would you give up and go back to freely printed paper money? #asknostr

If all electronics stopped working the cash would become totally worthless.

I would be focused on growing food to barter.

Most of golds value these days comes from the fact it's used in electronics.

There aren't enough gold or silver coins or whatever in circulation so we won't be using gold to trade.

The world doesn't know what to do without internet anymore.

There would be no rational thinking like above.

It would be kill or be killed.

Since bottle caps seems to be out of the question, I'll go with gold/silver/lead.

If I survive the chaos I'll probably accept bottle caps tbh

Gold I guess. Have to assume this world doesn't allow digital fiat to run as it does. If we allow for it though, or just pretend bitcoin was never invented (seems equivalent), I'd probably be a loser goldbug in denial of the reality that digital money is necessary in modern global economy, slowly making myself insane

Even more likely, I'd never have broken the spell and would continue in life blissfully unaware that money is worth studying

if Bitcoin was never invented I'd probably be obsessed with stonks, very rich, and completely delusional telling myself the DTC can't just print stonks and I'm not just funding genocide

I'd have done alright with my old portfolio of stonks too lol. I don't even want to go back and check, cuz I had some real good perfomers in there. Not as good as bitcoin overall, but some pretty damn close
