They only have the power you grant them. They will always do what is in their best interest. They will be influenced by the same factors as we are just to a lesser extent as they are closer to the money creation mechanism but they will be affected none the less. Remember if the country is leaning toward adoption Btc as the national reserve currency that is the way they will go. They may fight the trend in the beginning but they’ll succumb in the end. Their survival in politics depends on them riding the waves of public opinion. Don’t discount periods of harsh and brutal crack downs and moments of sheer stupidity but in the end it’s inevitable.
