We don't know that anyone actually got a #placebo. Just possibly a lower dose. The high dose doesn't work at all. So neither would a medium or lower dose.

But the #genetic #damage would still be happening once it infiltrated your #DNA. It only takes a tiny amount to start replicating itself. Then months or years later POW! This is the big difference with #genetic #bioweapons..💀
