If rich people actually cared about the poor people of the world they would have actually help them.
But instead they just end up keep the poor, poor & making their rich friends richer.

Depends on who you consider rich. There are plenty of people in my local community who have millions of dollars and do lots for their neighbors. Poor & wealthy alike
I think when you get to the .01% of cantillionaires you might be correct
there may be 2 parts to it - other angles of view
-> they look rich since others r relatively poor, they wanna hold onto that status quo.
-> so called poor (just by $ capitalist view) doesn't see any value becoming rich
