Of course the State will claim that things like this will mean that they will have to issue a Digital Identity system that is mandatory and totally under their control. They are going to do this anyway, but now they have an excuse to pin on someone... If a website demands that you provide identity, stop using it and find an alternative that is still freedom aligned!
