It means a browser extension like Nos2x or GetAlby. On Android, there is the Spring Browser that you can use that acts as a browser extension.

So how would I go about activating one of these extensions and link it to my nostr account? I have spring downloaded on my phone.

Ok so I'd need to have one of these browsers basically? I am on vandaniun or whatever grapheneos one is called.

Yes. I prefer Firefox, but Kiwi is a chrome based option.

Then you can install an extension and use that for nostr sites.
