this doesn’t look like regular tx to me… it’s odd to go from empty to 25 blocks deep or vice versa.
Many of them are just people consolidating inputs, completely normal.
The inscription bs is usually at 1sat/vb or 4sat/vb; usually 10000 sat taproot outputs + big witness size.
Easy to spot.
