There are different personality types out there…one of which is the type that questions authority and makes certain they exercise their own individual liberty right up to the permitted limit thereto.

These are the so-called intransigent minority. America has more of this personality per capita than average.

This is why America has stayed an anomaly amongst nations whereby the government is only granted certain powers and everything else is reserved to the states or to the people.
