I’m not sure the breed of chicken that produces them but I the inner lining of blue and green eggs I buy from a local farmer always seem thicker/tougher than other color eggs. Their yolks also always seem a deeper and darker orangey yellow. Their my favs

Thats one of things i always notice about yard eggs, but some of my brown ones are like that too.
