Just had an argument about SA being common in ride sharing with some female co workers that don't want to take one because if the chances. So I did the math. There are about 6000 SA cases for rideshares yearly. 500 of which are unwanted penetration. "That's a LOT!" they said. Uber did 11.6 BILLION rides last year. So no. It's not a lot. It's about .00005% chance of SA in a ride share. Don't drink and drive. I don't have to be a smart science bitch to tell you the chances of you getting in an accident and hurting or killing yourself OR SOMEONE ELSE, are far higher when you've had one beer than being SA'd on a ride share.

She wanted to know "what contingencies did I have for any woman who got assaulted while using my app?" She wanted to know who could she sue, if singing happened. 😒
