I bought a small bar of Zum Bar Goat's Milk Soap to see if it would be gentle on my face (and my new rash).

So far, my face is super happy. And my hands.

I am also cutting out tea and coffee and eating strict carnivore for the next five days, while drinking more water. No bubble water on this five-day solo retreat before I tackle the world. And get back into the working world.
