I've studied Shotokan for years. Wish I had the time to practice again. One day....
I was taught that Shotokan Karate originated from a hard style in Shaolin. A Shotokan Master trained with us for many years to add to his library. He was a very honourable person. If youarre strapped for time, the' little and often' is good, in the in between times, like making a cuppa, or waiting for toast etc. Power to yaa! X
