Can someone give me a Hand how to set relays in Amethyst,if you don't have a clue and don't want to pay? I look for a best practice for starters.

The free relays are getting DoSed by "Reply Guy" at the moment, I'm afraid. They still work, but you have to put up with a lot of fake replies :(

Easiest way to run a personal "backup" relay is umbrel in my opinion.
Of course you can use my relay nostr.kolbers.de too. But It could be that there will be a small fee in the future as a protection from bots.
