Realized I'm close to my automobile payment due date.

So decided to call it in.

Two days in a row well within "business hours" after entering all my info get told the call center is closed, to call back in said business hours, and hung up on.

Cant use the online bill pay banking without opening a whole checking account. Due to reasons. They can't explain to me

So they want my money. Make it impossible for me to pay. Then harass you for payment.

Also. Fifth third bank "where we make banking three fifths better"... with math like that what could go wrong?
