Nobody needs to have a PHD in nostr in order to be able to use it and the important things could be summarized in a few easy to understand points.

- you need a private key to access your profile

- the app doesn't store your data, you can configure the servers that store your info yourself.

- any app can access any server.

This is it, everything else is just "details" that can be picked up as you get used to it.
