i really can't recommend it enough
i can literally feel that my muscles are finally starting to recover from this, i think that caffeine, at least, over the 1 espresso a day level, kills your kidneys and inhibits your muscle development

Fascinating insight -- I wonder what about the coffee/caffeine is doing that 👀
i don't know, but these are my thoughts:
- caramels are not helping, not the worst kind of sugar but kinda toxic
- tannins are disrupting kidney function in some way, probably mainly because they are so hygroscopic and occlude a lot of water causing it to not be absorbed
- caffeine itself, spends a lot of liver energy being broken down into several derivative xanthines that have the effects, the least toxic is theobromine, but the majority goes to paraxanthine, which probably has a whole bunch of modulatory effects on all kinds of stuff especially related to metabolic systems, the kidney and liver
literally since stopping one of the main things is i am not getting pain in my kidney area anymore
