This is the 11” mineral B pro.

So far I really like the pan. It’s heavier than your average frying pan, but much more manageable than cast iron. I can pick it up with one hand for sautéing.

They do not come pre-seasoned, but the seasoning process is pretty easy.

First fried egg test- the eggs did stick a little but I think I just need to work on my technique and heat level. As far as carbon steel, I think these are very high quality for a reasonable price.
