Well, maybe no one can legally redistribute it in entirety but they are completely wrong if they are saying no one can use any audio or video. It's called fair use

I don't know the law but if they're serious about enacting on this "rule", they should feel the Streisand effect into the core of their very bodies. I hope they have nightmares about the Streisand effect.
