There is an occasional balance that must be struck. I mostly keep my vision to myself, but I have started to reveal it to select individuals, first just to sanity check the idea and create some accountability , and second because I will need to build coalitions and make allies to accomplish my goals. But there will is always risk and it shouldn’t be done out of the gate.
