Caffeine curfew

While I Love my morning coffee ritual, I always keep in mind that caffeine is a potent drug which can mess up my sleep if I abuse it

My rule: no caffeine after 11am

Why? Because caffeine disrupts sleep and it can take up to 12 hours for it to fully clear our system

Makes sense if you need to wake up at a set time. I prefer just to limit to 1 cup, because that heavy whipping cream and agave nectar is too delicious to waste.
