1. Open all external links in a new tab, rather than click away from YH.

2. The post-mute screen shows a message that says "Unaccessible content". It's 'inaccessible'. :)

3. For those of us using `_` as our NIP-05 prefix, hide the display of it in profiles. Show `@domain.com`, rather than `_@domain.com`. It's cleaner.
