hey, what computers do you recommend for a starter node and for a super node with lightning channels and routing

Routing nodes should be on the cloud imo

Starter node for home use grab something used, old and cheap - doesn't need much compute at all

I got an old desktop that I use for home pictures, threw it on there. All the raspberry pi nodes I've built end up failing 😭

Raspberry pi is absolute garbage I can't believe so many people fell for this psyop

Wouldn't you want the hardware in your house for routing. There's no danger to have physical access by someone else?

AWS probably has a lot better security than your house and your home network!

Risks either way, lightning nodes are hot wallets
