it is has come to my attention that some users find my caps to be aggressive and disturbing

for the good of the protocol I will be reducing caps usage going forward

why is CAPS aggressive, i dont get it.

It demands more attention, is slightly harder to read imo, and comes off a little self important 😅 imho
