it is probably safe to say that there is plenty of evidence for Russian and Chinese campaigns of this nature. the evidence is abundant. Most nation states with the means and the motive engage in this.
Most nation states dabble, but I daresay 99% of what they're accused of "masterminding" these days is news to them. (Won't stop agencies from claiming credit, of course.)
Its those who control the algorithms who can throw elections, and Nostr has none.
