Opaque Types are more powerful than you might think. Even named tuples are implemented with them! (👀 Notice the literal/singleton types in the commented line below) #scala https://cdn.nostrcheck.me/f5c3f597f754f534d47b0be2b9afe263894ecdad3d639453c4abc31f40db2c23/acebdc0f77e572c6863acd939c3d802938c5297a7d05048145867ee41344c015.webp

Hey Matej, I tried to Zap you but couldn’t. Anyway, I just want to thank you for almost single-handedly maintaining Scala content on Nostr. I know it can sometimes feel like you’re "talking to yourself using hashtags" around here, but I really appreciate the content!

"Talking to myself using hashtags" is pretty much my brand at this point, haha. But seriously, it means a lot to know that the Scala content is appreciated! As for the Zaps, I'm on a self-custody LN wallet (from historical reasons), but it's probably time to migrate to some custodial app for better reliability. Feel free to try it ⚡️

GM Matej. Sent. Let me know if you received it (Amethyst isn’t showing it for me, but my wallet shows a paid receipt).

As for Nostr, you’re doing God’s work. We need more people (not necessarily Bitcoin maxis, not necessarily Nostr devs, not necessarily libertarians, not necessarily on a carnivore diet) to simply talk to themselves using hashtags, discover each other, associate and interact. IMO, this is the real way to #growNostr.
