Hey there - just getting back to this a little bit - can you tell me what you are looking for more specifically - we stayed on a pretty small budget and we did everything very low key - in other words no large hotels - no large touristy areas - etc... actually Playa Samara is becoming more and more (and I imagine is super touristy now even) - so if you are looking for a more laid back, local feel - then I can dig in further - if that isn't your thing and you want more hotels and the commercialized feel then I likely can't help much 😉

don't worry bro you've already been super helpful. we like to keep it low key and low budget, i speak good spanish and the gf is fully fluent so we like to keep it more local than international. we like beaches, mountains, and to be away from the crowds. will check out playa samara 🤙🏼
Awesome - glad to help…I know there are some hot springs up there in that or near that national park that are shallow, but when we went - we had them all to out selves for about an hour - it was absolutely amazing
