My invoices only last a few minutes before they expire. Is there a way around this? Is it different with different wallets? I know you can send a specific amount through zapping but I like the invoice idea if I can get it to work. #cryptonewbie

My understanding is lnd invoices expire because they run thru "channels" that frequently open and close.... But I'm probably wrong, lol

I think announcing you have X number of things. Message you to purchase, then send the invoice. I think that is how Renegade Butcher does it with his coffee.

Yeah, I suspected so. I'm not sure unless you use dircet someone to your website ordering how you could make it work. I'm trying to figure out how to take reservaions the same way. Your address that looks like an email address is the easiest way to receive sats over a longer time period. If you have someone’s address you can send any amount, anytime, from any wallet. The noster zap is using that address and saves it in whatever app you’re using, but you can do the send to address directly wallet to wallet.
